FLOWING SCREED/LIQUID SCREED
Frequently used by most of our customers, flowing screed (also known as liquid screed) is installed internally, it can be used with or without underfloor heating pipes installed where it benefits most at a depth of 50mm or 35mm without. More options of flowing screeds and self levelling screeds are available to suit your needs depending on the thickness required. Fast drying cement based screeds are also very popular with products such as Cemfloor and Longfloor.
SELF COMPACTING CONCRETE
Self compacting concrete (SCC) is another speciality of ours. This has multiple uses from garage floors, sub floor base, home bar/man cave, basically any type of floor you need. With this being a flowing concrete you get a flat smooth level floor every time, no need for a poker as this is self-compacting which gives it a very high strength.
LEVELLING/SMOOTHING SCREED
Levelling and smoothing screeds are essential materials used in construction to create a flat, even surface on floors. They help address imperfections in the substrate, ensuring a smooth finish for the flooring installation. Pros of using levelling/smoothing screeds include improved durability, enhanced aesthetics, and better moisture control.
